Cancellation Guidelines
If you have paid the necessary fees and scheduled a procedure, consultation, or investigation for a beneficiary at our hospital, you may request to cancel the service. To do so, your cancellation request must be submitted and confirmed by the hospital at least one day before the scheduled date of the service.

Refund Procedures
Upon receiving and acknowledging your cancellation request, we will process your refund in full. The refund will be completed within two business days from the date of acknowledgement. For payments made through a Payment Gateway, the refund will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.
